Dorothy from Bells & Whistles provided my husband and I with such an amazing wedding day experience.  She was able to understand my vision from the first time we met, and was able to put it all together on our special day perfectly!... Dorothy is very creative and has a wonderful sense of nature and organic visions.  Everything was tastefully decorated without over powering the beauty of the ocean and beach landscape around us.  Thanks again Dorothy and Bells & Whistles for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

We had no real "vision" for the decor and flowers and were able to create a beautiful, unique design with Dorothy's knowledge of flowers and decor.  The best part was fresh, seasonal flowers.  Everyone raved about the flowers and the bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS! I never realized how much flowers add to a wedding.

I loved every moment of working with Dorothy at Bells & Whistles.  She is a very gifted florist and had such a vision for my wedding... I received countless compliments on my wedding day and even after about how beautiful the wedding was, how fabulous the bouquets were and how serene the event was.  It was all because of Dorothy's craftsmanship... I would never have dreamed that my wedding would feel so magical and I cannot thank her and her very professional staff enough for making my wedding so flawless.  Additionally, her prices are more than reasonable and her product is amazing.  She works within every price point (mine changed during the course of my engagement) and gives various options to achieve your wedding dreams.  I cannot say enough about Bells & Whistles!!
